All JytheBear handcrafted bears are made from premium quality plush fabric. The costumes — including robes, suits, and coats — are sewn from high-quality textile fabric that mirrors real-life professional attire. Each bear is approximately 28cm tall.

Yes. All profession-themed bears can be personalised with your recipient's name, which will be embroidered or printed on the costume. Personalisation costs RM5 per letter (spaces are free). Simply enter the name when placing your order and the fee will be reflected in your total.

Currently, each bear is available in its standard professional costume (Lawyer, Doctor, or Accountant). If you have a special customisation request — such as a different profession or outfit modification — please contact us directly to discuss what may be possible.

Standard delivery within Peninsular Malaysia typically takes 2–4 working days. East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) may take 5–7 working days. If you need the bear urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Yes. Every bear comes in a premium gift box lined with shredded paper, along with a 'Wish You All the Best' greeting card. The gift box is designed to be presentable immediately — no additional wrapping required.

Simply browse our shop, select your desired bear, add your personalisation details, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and complete payment. You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your order is confirmed.

All payments are handled securely through Billplz, our payment gateway. Once you place your order you will be redirected to the Billplz payment page, where you can pay via FPX online banking with all major Malaysian banks. Your order is confirmed automatically as soon as payment goes through — there is no receipt to upload.

Due to the handcrafted and personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Every bear and gift box is inspected and confirmed to be in perfect condition before it leaves us. Once a parcel is handed to the courier, JytheBear is not liable for dents, scratches, or other cosmetic damage to the outer shipping box or gift box caused during transit — this alone is not grounds for a refund. If the bear itself arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging; we assess each case individually and reserve the right to decline a refund if the grounds are found to be unreasonable.
