Yes. All profession-themed bears can be personalised with your recipient's name, which will be embroidered or printed on the costume. Personalisation is available for an additional RM20. Simply enter the name when placing your order and the fee will be reflected in your total.

Currently, each bear is available in its standard professional costume (Lawyer, Doctor, or Accountant). If you have a special customisation request — such as a different profession or outfit modification — please contact us directly to discuss what may be possible.

Standard delivery within Peninsular Malaysia typically takes 3–5 business days. East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) may take 5–7 business days. If you need the bear urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Yes. Every bear comes in a premium gift box lined with shredded paper, along with a 'Wish You All the Best' greeting card. The gift box is designed to be presentable immediately — no additional wrapping required.

Simply browse our shop, select your desired bear, add your personalisation details, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and complete payment. You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your order is confirmed.

We accept Touch 'n Go (TnG) e-wallet QR payment, DuitNow QR (supporting all major Malaysian banks), and direct bank transfer. After completing your order, you will be directed to the payment page where you can upload your payment receipt for confirmation.

Due to the handcrafted and personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. However, if your bear arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and we will resolve the issue promptly.
